Late Grade Forgiveness
- Talk to/email/call an advisor in Academic Services to discuss how to file a petition and as to
whether or not it is an appropriate request, and how to pick up the petition form.
- Complete
the petition form and write a separate
statement explaining why the request was
not submitted by the deadline.
- Obtain
a copy of your schedule for the first
semester you took the course and the second
semester you registered for the course
from the Registrar's Office or online through the Registrar’s Forms website.
- Complete
the actual Grade Forgiveness Form -- available
in the Registrar's Office.
- Return
all of the paperwork to Academic Services
in MH 210.
Your request
will take approximately a week to review. You will
be notified by mail as soon as the decision
is made.
If you have
read and understood these rules and procedures
and wish to continue with this process,
email Academic
Services or come into our office in Millican Hall 210 and inform us of your desire
to continue with the petition process.
