SUMMER ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT
Requirements:
In order to be eligible for this waiver you must not have any more available summer terms left before graduation. The earliest you may submit this form is the last day of Add/Drop for Summer B prior to the term you are graduating. For example, if you are graduating at the end of Fall 2008 or Spring 2009 you may apply now but if you do not graduate until Summer 2009, Fall 2009, or Spring 2010 then you may not apply until the end of Summer B 2009.
